Can Tax Cuts Increase Revenue

There are several discussions and arguments going on whether Tax Cuts Increase Revenue but the fact remains that it will not as it was proven from the previous Bush tax cuts & the deficit that we are facing now. Now we have to see how the Obama and the Stimulus Package will help us recover from this economical mess that we have fallen into.
